This is an experiment I tried to imitate some amazing ribs I had last week at a restaurant. Pomegranate, green onion, jalapeño and garlic sauce with brown sugar. I am VERY pleased with the flavor!!!! Paired with a nice red of course.
I get in trouble with the wife when I do ribs/big steaks/pulled pork/ect. She will ask what we are having for sides and I look back at her confused. What do you mean babe,I'm pilling as much as I can fit on my plate and gonna dive into a food comma I reply.
