Due to my tastes being not quite as discerning as others, I do depend a lot on tobaccoreviews.com to help me make decisions about which tobaccos to try, which ones I may like and which ones I should not waste money on. Many times I can't taste all of the nuances and undertones that others can, but I can usually tell if its going to be something would like.
JimInks, I always look for your reviews on that site, if I am looking up a particular tobacco. I value your input and find that you are more consistently descriptive and I have learned to trust your judgment. I just thought you should know and thanks for putting in the time to make those reviews.

Again, thanks for the advice! I guess I will order the grab bag 'o corn cob pipes from MM! Stuffing all my tobaccos into one of two pipes might be a large part of my discouragement.
I have purchased a few different samplers and am trying them all. I will try and dedicate a pipe to each type of blend. (One for vanilla aro, another for the berry, and definitely one for the Latakia blends that I find myself really enjoying!
