I recently picked up a nicely carved antique meerschaum cheroot pipe that is missing its removable bowl. I bought the pipe for its carving and am happy to just display it "as is", but if possible would really like to actually smoke some cheroots out of it. Anyone here who can recommend a craftsman to fabricate a replacement bowl? The original bowl would have been block meerschaum (of course) but don't know of anyone here in USA who carves in that material. Sending the pipe to a carver in Turkey to have a replacement bowl fitted might be an option, but not sure the shipping costs are justified. Only other potential option I can think of is to have a US pipe maker craft a replacement bowl out of briar so that the pipe is usable, but don't know of anyone who would be willing/interested to take on an odd job like this or if briar is even really an option since the bowl would need to be made in a very small size (to hold small cheroots slightly larger than a cigarette, not for holding full-sized cigars). Anyone have suggestion(s)?

Got a picture of the pipe? What are the dimensions of the bowl socket?

Two pics of the pipe are shown below: One of pipe in its case, and one pic to show relative size (photo of pipe held in hand). Best as I can measure using calipers the outside diameter of the socket is 18.58mm and the inside diameter of the socket close to the rim is 12.47mm (but the latter inside diameter tapers down even smaller as you measure deeper inside). As you can see from photo of the pipe in its case, also need a replacement stem crafted to fit the case but that is the easy part. The bowl is the bigger challenge...
