When you're 70 years old as I am everyone thinks you're too old to work so jobs are from scarce to non-existant.To my suprise a few days ago I got a chance to make some extra money. The check showed up in the mail today.Enough to buy five pounds of 1Q..You know you're hooked when you start thinking of getting paid in tobacco.

My uncle is 72 and still works as a carpenter so I believe that you've got a few projects in you! I wish I had that kind of drive myself...
Congratulations on the work and the money well spent, I hope you enjoy every bowl.
I've got to get myself some 1Q and RLP-6 so I don't feel so left out all the time!

Back in George Washington's day, they actually did use tobacco as medium of exchange. There is a picture of of the only complete roll ever found. It was discovered in one of Washington's trunks. It's in the front of the book "All About Tobacco" by Milton Sherman, published in 1970. If I knew how to do it, I would post the picture here. It looks like a coil of rope.

I am your age. Jobs may be scarce but the internet has endless opportunities to start a business if you are imaginative and driven. I have money for tobacco, but would love to be fully retired.
