I trust that the memories of your life and, yes, even the plans you made for the future, though unrealized will help comfort as you endure this most difficult chapter of life.
She relied on you and you were there for her. Let her memory do the same for you. Worry not for the future, rejoice in the remembrance of life with her.

lean on that which comforts you and allow the pleasing fragrance of pipe tobacco to help you sort your head and heart.
Remember, she is near, not in pain, and will remain so close to you.

Allow the ritual of piping & the slowing down of it to become a respite from all that will need to be done. A time for renewal as you carry on. You have people here who care , noticed you were absent and are lifting you up in prayer in this season of change. Praying!
