While it’s not super old I think, it does have some differences from contemporary tins.

I may have some older tins, would have to move stuff around, but this one was on top in a tote of older tins I have. I bought in June 1999. Hope this helps.

Tin feels heavy and doesn’t rattle, probably has darkened up over the years like yours.
I have 6 or so of these left, plus a few 8oz bags. I smoked thru a lot of Tilbury in the late 90’s to early 00’s. Haven’t cracked one open in a decade. Maybe this summer I will open one if fate allows.
