J.F. Germain seems to not like responding to emails.

sent an email about 6 months ago same request for information regarding the availability of a particular blend of esoterica never shipped.

both emails not responded to at all.

They blend tobacco on ancient machinery using secret old school recipes.
I imagine them doing their office work on a 90's Pentium II and an all green ancient monitor using dialup.
I bet they haven't even gotten your email yet... LoL
