Simply said, its a sensational blend. As KC said, it gets overshadowed by Penzance in reputation but Margate is wonderful. Its a much more refined blend. In culinary terms, Penzance is a great grilled steak. You eat it, you love it, you want it regularly. Margate (and Pembroke, which I actually like slightly better) is like a chef made fillet mignon with merlot butter reduction sauce. You just want to take your time and savor it and enjoy the mingling flavors. You may find it a little moist but try it both moist and dried slightly.
