Not sure what the fuss is about, this is just slightly higher than the retail price of tobacco in Canada and Australia.
Makes me sick how much I sold my esoterica for! 
just kidding. One thing I noticed is that when I sold some a year or two ago I had a lot of strange to me members reaching out. Wish I had gouged them but alas, thankfully some went to well known members here in the states but I’m afraid a couple went to stateside mailboxes only to be shipped to Asia. I don’t mind taking advantage of capitalism but I couldn’t bring myself to charge to a ton. It’s a weakness of mine apparently, fairness. There’s a lot of reasons these types of listings bother me but I’m not sure they’re justified, just personal feelings I guess.
