Esoterica Bags - Cellar "As Is" or Mason Jar Them?

Been food-saver bagging mine for years now.

I put mine in larger 7 mm mylar bags. Bag in a bag. I definitely wouldn't trust the Esoterica bags for long term storage.

What size are they the 1 gal or 2 qt bags that you use for the paint cans or the esoterica bags?

A 1 QT Mylar bag fits an 8 oz. Esoterica bag perfectly. I buy mine from Mylar Pro and they are indestructible AND fireproof.
