I have this pipe as a fishing/travel pipe but want to try something else.
Exactly the same reason I got mine. All my fishing pipes were cobs and I wanted to shake it up. I'm happy with it.

I wasn't particularly impressed with mine. It's crooked!

It also came with an scandalous amount of dip stain that was a hell of a pain to remove prior to first smoke:

Got the stain on my fingers and even after two hand washings I still had some left in my pinkie, which is the one I used to insert the paper towel into, given the bowl's narrowness:

It's also a whistler; not whilst I smoke it, but if I draw on it when empty it does whistle.
Maybe I got a dud, but I wouldn't buy another one. And I'm leery of Nording pipes in general now.

"I've never slammed a Nording & never will, but the very first time I looked at this line of his I knew it just wasn't my bowl of leaf. Still there's a market for just about any style, no matter how wild. Smoke & let smoke, as it were. :)

The only thing I will slam them about is the finish.

It is just me.

Too shiny, can't remove it but millions love it.

Maybe I would like them for a fishing pipe over a cob. But maybe not, but they are prettier and worth the price to try it.

They smoke good though.

Dont have the Nording, but I have a Dunhill Duke I'm fond of on the same principle. I wouldn't be afraid of trying it.
