Sorry to use a term used by some toe rag youth's there :)

My postie turned up at 9am with a lovely big parcel (ok I knew it was on its way) I'm currently enjoying my first taste of artisans in a new cob and looking forward to breaking in my 4 basket pipes, which look nice, and basket churchwarden which after what I've read about flimsy stems, I'm incredibly impressed with for £24!

Have some brown pig tail to try, some 3ps, a 9 piece Gauntleys of Nottingham English sampler and a selection of 12 blending tobaccos that I'm going to sample on there own with the hope of learning to recognize individual tobacco ie perique, latakia Virginia's etc. Then have a try at my own blend!
Phew! I'm gonna be one busy boy!
Also taking my little boy round to meet my elderly pipe buddie and surprise him with Some variety. Bless him he's been "getting by" on a bakki he's not in love with for 20yrs! Because that's all the supermarket sells!

I'm like a dog at the window every time a UPS truck goes by.
Enjoy it Seamus.

Enjoy the haul Seamus. Sounds like you're gonna be busy there for a while. I have to try some blending tobaccos on their own next order. Do t forget to post your take on them.

Here's the least offensive definition from Urban Dictionary:
"The definition derives from old England where convicts used to tie bits of shirt around their toes and feet as a make shift sock, hence "toe rag" means scoundrel, criminal, thief, indencent/unlawful person etc. It is sometiem seen spelt Tow Rag because the original context has long since been obsolete."
Is that close, Seamus?

That stuff should keep you going for a week or two...
Also, reccommend 1st thing you do is take that cob apart & toss the fillter. Might be worth checking the other pipes too, just to make sure some evil witch hasn't snuck them into them too...

With that many baggies, you might want to look into buying some jars...
