This is from some Ennerdale out of a tin from 2015 I rubbed out. It’s not just this tobacco... but many G&H tobaccos when rubbed out create this fine dust that I always manage to sniff up somehow and it makes me sneeze. Why does G&H seem to have such fine dustings in their tobaccos when fully rubbed out?

That's my thought. The manufacturing at Gawith is famously messy. I'm sure you've seen the pictures.

I do with the small shit but that dust you can nearly suck through. It’s like the consistency of cinnamon.

Yeah, I use it too. Just gives you less to clean up.?

Sounds like you need a grinder with a keef screen

Then when you have enough you can mix it with soy protein and have some wonderful soap.

Snuff, in my limited experience, has the consistency of powdered cinnamon. It sticks to itself and to surfaces.
