Well everyone my pipe and tobacco budget took a bit of a hit this past weekend because I bought a diamond ring and proposed to my now fiance. We could not be happier and more excited. Just wanted to share my good news with all of you as I spend so much time on this forum it only seemed appropriate. I am lucky to find such a wonderful girl, especially since she is not only accepting of my pipe habit but enjoys the time we spend outdoors together while I smoke.

Best decisions I ever made. The first time, and after I was a widower, the second. I had an interesting day

job and have many interests in life, almost more than I can do, but wives are a kind of reason for being.

I feel like I've been with the most fascinating people I've ever known, who could possibly be wives to me!

It's like suddenly having binocular vision and color vision conferred upon me. Congratulations!

Congrats, and if I remember a good while back you wanted us to wish you luck on a trial, never did get feed back. If it wasn't you then sorry for the ramblings of an old coddger.

Thank you for remembering that actually means a lot to me. The trial got pushed the day I posted to a few months later so I was not sure if people would still be interested so I never posted. The trial went phenomenally well and was a good one to cut my teeth on. The judge even complimented me from the bench and said I have what looks like a promising future. The result wasn't technically a "win" but the effect of the trial was probably all the justice that this particular defendant needed for reform.
Congratulations.....I heard that happens when you smoke Molto Dolce.
HAHA!
Congrats. Get a pre-nup.
