I beat the eBay addiction with a 2 prong attack.
1) DON'T Look at eBay!
2) If you do look at eBay, before you bid look at your bank account.

I do encounter that problem often...I just bought 14. Hah well most of those were for some inexpensive resale so that's a little justified but three were all for my PAD.
+1 on OTD's recommendation and if you get e-mails for specific makes it's best to delete them. They really make it hard to resist.

Place a snipe and forget!I bought&sold more than 2000 items on ebay (my actual feedback is 1147)And always i have done that.When i had not sniper in use i have in any case placed the bid during the last 60 seconds with the aumont i had previously decided good for me
I am definately addicted to Ebay! I've currently got bids on 22 pipes! Luckily I usually don't win or I'd have no money. I bid low and then try not to raise my bid. Hopefully, I'll eventually get a deal.

They should work out a system to limit excessive compulsives like they are over here on the poker machines. Still, at least I get something for the $'s I spend, unlike those stupid damn things that are responsible for so much devastation & heartache.
If I'm not here learning everything I can, I'm scooting to the other window checking my watchlist, won list, paypal. Wish I still had x 3 monitors, life would be so much easier lmao.

We have two West Highland terriers (ie: Westies, one passed). This week I found not one, but two Westie theme pipe stands. Both are getting shipped to my house....at least they were cheaper than pipes!
Never bought off of eBay before, but I was called an addict tonight by SWMBO when I showed her some of the nice Mr. Brog pipes I was looking at last night. I couldn't really deny it, so I spun it and told her I'm a collector, not an addict.

Just got back from Post Office - 3 packages for about 7 gorgeous pipes, happy as a clam here. Now, that was a 10 min break, back to that watch list - thank god you blokes are all bidding the lovelies up way too high, or I'd be in deepus shittus.
Hmm, just out of curiosity I thought I'd make a list for myself of all my aquisitions over the last 10 days or so - FFS, this would explain why paypal kept flashing up a red message saying "We cannot process your payment" and upon going into online banking I see the situation is beyond dire, everything over-drawn to blazes and no pennies coming in any time soon, just big red letters from all utility companies and no gas in the tank lmao. Damn my diabolical tobacco addiction, damn it to hell!
