Your meerschaum is turning the color of a c1960 white BMW motorcycle. Rare & beautiful. Love the white stem.
Thank you, Foggy; I take that as a high compliment!
That is some nice coloring. My Storient has startd to color up some, mostly in the shank. I have been rubbing it with beeswax when it is hot while I have been smoking it. Sorry, I cant get the pictures to show it.
Those things can be tough to capture. I expected mine to not color so well on the shank because of the Delrin mortise and tenon, and it isn't in "that" spot. But it seems that everyone else's is doing fine there, just my block I guess? Or maybe my thoughts have subliminally effected the meerschaum!

Greg, this is a great time-lapse capture of the transition process. And it's a lovely pipe design. Thanks for sharing these!
You are very welcome! I have enjoyed documenting the journey in photos. And I look forward to continuing the process for quite some time, Lord willing.

Nice meer Greg. It's coloring well. I've been getting my Storient out here lately trying to get it coloring. I'll have to post up some pics.

Thank you, sir. That would be great to see some photos. It seemed like at first most folks were sharing their progress pics but I guess the novelty wore off. But not for a simple feller like me! :D
