I had never tried Latakia before, and when I opened the tin, I was completely and utterly shocked by the intense smell. At first I found it foul. But I put it down and came back to it a few times. I smoked a bowl, and thought it was a bit too smokey, but was going to smoke a few more bowls to get a real good feeling for it. Now I have to say I think it'll be on my re-order list. It's a great smoke and after about five bowls of it, I have to say, I really like it.
