Saturday we finally had some evening weather in the 50’s. As it has been so cold here recently, I was excited to get back outside without being so bundled up. But I as torn trying to choose which blend would help me set spring into motion. I couldn’t decide. Sooo, I decided to pack two pipes simultaneously. One with Presbyterian, and one with Old Toby. I’d smoke one for about 10 min, set it down and reach for the other. This continued until both were gone. I equated it having a meal with different courses. I don’t plan on doing it too often. But it was fun. Cue the banjos. Haha

Can’t say I’ve ever done that. Do you think it helped you better taste each, by taking the break with something different?
Not sure it helped with picking out individual flavors. But it really let me appreciate each blend as a cohesive unit. I enjoy all the flavors married together.
