This is one of the funniest things that's happened in YEARS.... At least, it would be if it didn't give me such concern for our future. It's like collectively, people have forgotten that there are things IN THE SKY. Every day. And there have been for years.

I've viewed the footage of every single reported done sighting I've been able to find anywhere, in normal media or randomly on line.

Every SINGLE piece of footage I've seen - literally, every SINGLE one - has been easily identifiable as a manned aircraft. The vast majority have been airliners. You can see the airline insignia in the logo lights!

Now, I've worked as an airline captain for almost 30 years, so I get it, I'm more used to seeing airplanes in the sky at night than the average person. But still. How does this kind of mass delusion come about? Do people really just NEVER look up?!

Eventually, someone will get some video of an actual drone. Because I mean, they do exist. People do fly them. And the conspiracists will feel vindicated, and this will perpetuate, and they will ignore the fact that all the other footage which supposedly shows a wide scale event is just airliners .. and it will be painful.

I'm pretty glad I don't have EWR on my schedule this month or next... These idiots are going to be shooting at airliners soon.View attachment 355961
I’m assuming you don’t think WWE Wrestling is real either, hmmm, Mr. conveniently placed skeptic?

In the news today, possible nuclear waste stolen from a train passing through New Jersey on its way to disposal. NRC report filed 12/3/24.
Why do I imagine a Breaking Bad fan who thinks that will give their meth a real kick.
Though if I really think about it I bet someone just dropped the ball and the stuff was sent to the wrong place. Because humanity shouldn't be trusted with important tasks.

Nuclear waste is used to make dirty bombs. The bombs scatter dangerous levels of radiation that can leave an area uninhabitable for thousands of years. We've had threats of them, but no one has ever successfully detonated one. Think, Lex Luther level of evil.

"Dirty" bombs were Teller's idea, wrap a thermonuclear bomb in a uranium shell and contaminate as much of the opposition's territory as possible - and half the planet, while it was at it.

There must still be fallout hotspots from the 1950s tests in the North East US; it fell "like snow" - there are good maps of it. No wonder blue collar workers of Pittsburgh were getting lung cancer with their cigarettes.

Apparently it was a PET Scan device sent for disposal. The isolation container reached it destination damaged and empty. My question is How is that possible ? How did that happen in the normal course of shipping (by truck or car or train) without someone noticing ? By that I mean ... Hey what are those guys doing climbing on the outside of the ... train, truack, car, van etc ... ???

Apparently it contained one or more of the radioactive isotope fluid they use for PET SCANS.

How come The Pentagon don't know what's going on? You expect me to believe that they don't know? With all the surveillance technology at their disposal they've gotta know.
Makes me wonder why they're not saying🤔.

Right, i'm off to put my tin foil hat on and have a nice lie down.

That kind of material is tracked by the NRC down to 10000ths of a gram... they know exactly how much material you start with, how much will be used in testing or use and how much waste will be created in a process. Any deviations or missing material (ie: a few grains) and there is a major investigation and people will to jail for a long time and you probably won't read about it in the paper. Serious level scrutiny. (I knew someone in the industry).

Non-emergency classification. They don’t even have to do a write up unless it’s not found for 30 days.

Sources that are "Less than IAEA Category 3 sources," are either sources that are very unlikely to cause permanent injury to individuals or contain a very small amount of radioactive material that would not cause any permanent injury.
