According to UK crisp manufacturer Walkers, they have come up with a great solution to recycling excess CO2.

By combining CO2 from the breweries with potato waste they can make fertiliser for future potato crops.

So if the missus complains you are drinking too much beer and eating too many potato crisps you can counter by saying you are saving the planet ?

Had a friend from the UK when I was in college. Y’all have some crazy chip/crisp flavors over there! He brought some from home once. I think he had beef and mustard, some kind of shrimp flavor, and then some kind of stuff he called monster something or another that was his favorite. ?‍

That doesn't make sense. They think it is necessary to do something with the little bit of CO2 produced in beer brewing, but yet soda companies are having to actually make CO2 to carbonate their beverages, and I am pretty sure soda sales way outweigh beer sales. Wine brews for longer and stronger, and makes about enough CO to carbonate a case of beer.
I guess marketing is all about who can make up the most convincing lie.
