Don't really drink much beer anymore, but when I do, it's not Dos Equis 8)

Single Malt scotch: Laphroaig, Ardbeg, Balvenie, Arberlour, etc. depending on the blend i'm smoking of course. Recently, some Balvenie 15yr single cask and a bowl of Old Gowrie totally hit the spot.
