Mike, yes we have gotten that stupid. He's on TV and he's a Dr. and for the low information voter that's all they need to know. Guess we didn't have near as many stupid people then as we do now.

Wonderful snippet from a great movie.
I stopped watching Oz a couple years ago. To much preaching goin on for my tastes. Nobody is as smart as the great Oz.
Dr. Phil is another preacher I never lesson to. Oprah found him somewhere. I heard (don't know for sure)he's not even a real Doctor.
When I smoked Cigarettes years ago, I had a Doctor that pointed his finger at me and said to stop smoking cigarettes. It'll kill me if I don't stop. Yes, I stopped smoking for 11 years. Then I started smoking hand rolled cigars. Partagas. Great smoke. Then one afternoon I was making a visit to our local Golf Course and who did I run into? My Doctor with his buddies. He had a 50 ring cigar hanging out of his mouth. I just shook my finger at him as said, You Hypocrite. I still smoke cigars every once in awhile, but love my pipes. That's much better than Cigarettes.
If I need my blood pressure adjusted, I find out what our criminals in Washington are doing.

I've been buying an extra pound a month for the cellar but last month I upped it to two pounds.
When I've got 35 lbs. set aside I'm going to start to buying cases of 200ml bottles of middle of the road Scotch and Bourbon and practice my bartering/haggling skills.
Then again, nature abhors a vacuum, so maybe buying a still would be smarter.

The last time I had to go to the hospital (stitches), the doc came in asked if I was a smoker. I thought oh here it comes the lecture. "YES" I am, his response "Thank God, I've been out all day. can I bum one off ya?"

The other issue I have with his statement is the fact that cigarette smokers are addicts (unlike the majority of cigar and pipe smokers). I would bet that the majority of smokers want to quit. As a doctor, he should know this. So is he now refusing to help all addicts?
He should be ashamed of himself.

Dr Oz is a fruit loop!. The problem with this country is the the typical American male has been feminized. 50 years ago someone would have punched Oz in the face and told him to watch his mouth when he talks about others. Now every opinion is respected and that is a big problem because not every opinion should be. Petty little men like Oz should not be public figures, he is an uncaring totalitarian quack. Where is McCarthy when you need him?

McCarthy was a drunk idiot that blew the whistle on comunist infiltration in our government. Somehow the left thouroughly discredited him to the point that we now see what that has wrought. There were alot of skeletons in too many peoples closets so he had to be silenced. Ring a bell???
