You are correct. Child molesters and abusers top my "bottom of the pit" list, but animal abusers are right there, #2.

As a young child I saw my 6ft4inch Grandfather slap a man off his mule that he was abusing. His actions instilled me all my life to protect the unprotectable.
Our daughter always is raising two rescued dogs.

That's why all our dogs are "throwed away mutts", the unwanted, and only from good rescues that actually gives a shit about them. We try to take the ones that are "troubled cases" especially, because we can handle it.

All of our pet dogs and cats are rescues. My LGDs I had to buy.
You find out what people are really like by watching how they treat the vulnerable , human or animal .
Animal abusers deserve as good as they give, and then some. All of our dogs showed up here because they were dumped. The worst example has a misshapen skull from some blunt impact, a permanently dilated pupil, a snapped-off canine tooth, and six 00 pellets in his neck. He was passed out in the drainage ditch by the road when we found him. He is the sweetest dog ever, and loves everybody and everything, except guns. He would have been a great hunting dog until some POS shot him. We have a huge breeder surrender problem around here and I’d love to catch them in the act. Something something buckshot of my own!
