Those stems need to be 3 ft long in order to comply with current health regulations. ?️‍♂️

I'm reporting the manufacturer and anyone who buys/uses that to the health commissars!! ?
We are so past going to the authorities with stuff like this. It's Purge time!

I'm not sure if MM or H&B made these, but they were made in the fifties, and were marketed ("two can smoke as cheap as one") with a now very insulting image of the supposedly skinflint Scotsman. They were one of countless novelty pipes the corn cob companies made for souvenir stands and dime stores to sell.
