Does Anyone Know Who This Fleabay Pipe Seller Is?

The seller is ebuyer1932. His feedback score is 3528, with 209 positive and 0 neutral or negative responses in the last 12 months and has been on fleabay since May of 2003.

He has some amazing pipes up including some very high end stuff. I have been attempting to contact him through the site but have had no response. Given his reputation/experience I'm wondering if there may be something going on in his life keeping him from looking after things.
