As I've noticed your preference for plugs MLC, your opinion on this brand would be of interest to me. Can the Teutonic tobacco traders 'cut the mustard' so to speak? Or the Brits & Irish vastly ahead on this & many other matters as opposed to our Germanic cousins?
Hey SimonG,

too drunk now in the mild afternoon of blissful brown ale to search for antiquated imagery,

but Dan Tobacco in their manufacture of a plug, I must say, rivals on the Denmark-made stuff which was inherited by them from the great Irish houses of the past, if the Germans pursued the form further with various casing/toppings etc I do believe they could be in the catbird seat,

they got the right proper machinery to do it up right:

Should do a major group buy. Grab a hundred or so pouches and grind them on price. I used to do this with Cuban cigar vendors.
That's a good idea.
This sort of endeavour is quite the hassle though,

and I'm usually too lazy to do stuff like this!

LOL

Brown ale on a Sunday afternoon? Your more English than me! I'm drinking Guinness & I'm Welsh!

That will work, everyone gets 5 pouched. Or you could do 10 packages and everyone gets ten. Of you could do 5 packages and everyone gets 20, or you could just order it and send me all hundred. I will even pay shipping and throw you a few packages.

DHL has handed off a tracking # to USPS
If anyone wants to track the package,

go to

https://www.usps.com/

and type in

CL610675689DE
...right now it says "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" of which I have no idea what that might mean.

Yeh!

usps sez:

"We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece."
...so I think that the package is still in Germany.

Hahah, I was all fired up to order some on my own til I noticed the DHL shipping price. Truth be told, if that's flat, order enough and it'll still be as expensive or even less expensive than over here.
I'd like to give it a shot one day but not enough to battle the hoarders who seem to snap it up right quick from US stores.
Curious to know what their St. Bernard Flake is like too, anyone had it?

I'm surprised it goes so fast at the price it's listed at!
But,

I'm glad it has developed a following,

the more plugs the better!

Yeah, I agree. The price is another thing that keeps me away. I did make an order from SP recently and they said they had one left in stock, so what they hey, impulse buy.
Unfortunately, it got sold out from under me as I was checking out :0 Probably for the best, I don't need to fall in love with a $20/2oz blend.

The package has arrived!
pm's being sent after I post this with my PayPal info.
If I get your payment before 10:00am tomorrow, I will send it out tomorrow.
If payment is not received by that time, it will be another week as I'm going out of town early Monday for a job and won't be back home until next weekend.
Thanks everyone!
