2nd this. Get some cheroots. A backwoods is suitable for my backyard as I have a townhouse. The front yard is a rock garden so no mowing. 1 backwoods lasts me about the 25 minutes it takes to cut and there’s not all this awkward pipe handling. Of course if you have a riding mower just get a cob or a meer - both are light enough to clench. Many of my small pipes are ultralight too.

I have a ride on mower and just started to smoke a pipe while mowing. Even though its normally around 100 degrees here in Georgia, it is enjoyable. Just have to find a good clencher

Cobs are great for clenching when working outside.

One of my herf buddies in San Diego, Bob, super old Mexican guy, salt of the earth love him but man we used to ride him hard about cutting our lawns or asking if he knew all these random lawn guys ?

in reality he was a baseball coach in SD coached a few guys that make it big to the majors and will most likely end up in the HOF Every time one of them was in SD or LA they would call him and leave him tickets for their games, they loved him. Nothing but respect for bob.

It came to mind, if someone mows the lawn, while chewing tobacco. In Spain it is forbidden to drive while smoking, but not to chew tobacco. Are there any good chewing tobacco for sale online in Europe? I was looking at Esterval, but I didn't see anything, or maybe I didn't search well.

Always smoked a cob with a filter to mow the lawn. My lawn is hilly and bumpy so being able to clench the pipe and not mess with pipe cleaners left both hands free to steer. I finally gave it up, it just wasn't worth the effort after a while.

we have hired Hispanic workers for our construction company for well over a decade. Hard workers and competent, we couldn’t have succeeded without them. That’s why I don’t hesitate to hire them for home projects.
