DIY Wind Cap?

Seemed whenever I lit my pipe the wind kicked up lol, so here is my DIY wind screen :rofl:

In the UK you will find that they are called "Pipe Lids".

I live in Wales and bought several last year and only paid a couple of pounds each for them.
