Just got some blocks of cocobolo in the mail and was messing around in the shop.
Finished with caranauba wax.

Word of caution: I built two acoustic guitars using cocobolo and now, due to the exposure, I am really allergic to cocobolo wood dust. Like trouble breathing allergic. Be careful! Cool tamper.

Steve that is good to know! I was absolutely covered in the dust when I was finished and I felt like while I was smoking my pipe that I was also smoking the dust. I will be more careful now!

I recall there was a discussion/thread that touched on the health dangers of breathing in dust from different woods.
