As someone who Uncle Sam sent to many, many countries, no truer words have been written. Bismark had it right! I used to use the mission length the Army provided, which is always wrong, plus thirty days to figure out how much tobacco to bring on mission. Worked mostly, but as you start running out, you certainly know it and begin to have fewer friends lol. Ahhhh such a simple pleasure makes just about anywhere better, not great, but always better!
I "regret" a couple purchases early on. Not of tobacco, but the initial urge to acquire pipes led me down a couple paths that were ultimately wastes of my time/money (albeit not a lot of it).
