Did I Just Ghost My New Pipe?

Ghosting is overrated, unless you smoke weed in the pipe. That smell and taste will never go away.

I received a Polinski briar pipe and it was curiously ghosted with all I can describe as a "grape" smell. I did several salt and alcohol treatments and many hot water flushes. It still carried the smell. I decided it would be a aro pipe and smoked a couple of bowls of Vanilla Custard through it and buried it with the vanilla.
Good smoking pipe and smells better.
