I just did a search on eBay and came across a handful of carvers (Moretti, meerschaum options, etc.). You shouldn’t find difficulty with eBay. Also, MSDS Pipes could be an option. Finally, if you don’t mind spending a bit more…try requesting a carver to make one specifically to your taste? Might take a bit longer than you’d like, but most artisans will work to please. I like the Cutty better but I've got this Dagner Devil Anse that is perfect for breaks at work.
I got a Baraccini Copper Ball (sandblast) for a "throw it in my travel pouch" pipe and it's great. There's a Devil Anse (sold out), but the ball and Rhodesian shapes are also basically the same style. Super cheap, too. Check 'em out:
The best Devil Anse shape has got to be by Jeremiah down in Australia.

This Anse was made by Paulson. It looks pretty close to the original.

Moonshine Pipes (AKA Briarworks) make some Devil Anse shapes that I really like. I just haven't pulled the trigger yet.
They also make a "Devil Dog" which is a Bulldog, but with Devil Anse proportions and the signature forward cant of the bowl.
Pretty decent pricing too.

As @Sobrbiker said above, Anse didn't smoke a pipe, but he was known to smoke a few McCoys. Pour a 40 out for a real one.
I never liked the shape enough to buy more than the cob version. However about 5 years ago I got some old pipes that had this canted bowl pipe with a broken stem with only about 1 1/2 in. left. There was enough left to form a small bit so that it could be smoked so that's what I did. Cleaned and refinished it to look the part, although it was a bit skinnier than the real Devil Anse pipe, but I liked it and it smokes just fine when I'm in the mood for a nose warmer.
Nils Frederiksen does an egg which is a very good Anse style pipe.
