Several months ago I commissioned Tim Beaumont to make me a unique all wood pipe. The pipe is of course made of briar but the stem is made of Osage Orange (Bois d’arc to some of us). It is one of my two favorite pipes. Sometimes it’s number one, sometimes number two. What a sweet pipe. I typically smoke VaPers in it. It’s a dream. I love the wood stem. It does have some teeth marks and it does need to rest a day or so but man it feels so natural when clenched. What a wonderful pipe.
