Denicotea (denicool) - 9mm Filters - For Pipes?

I bought them online, but I can't read the instructions (I bought them from Germany but don't speak German) ... and I'm a bit worried they maybe filters for something else (a vaporizer, cigarette holder or something, I dunno) and that if put one of these plastic-looking things in my pipe it will melt and ruin the pipe!

Is anyone familiar with these? Or speak German? If yes - and if they are used for pipes, would I be right to guess that the red-coloured end faces the bowl and the clear-coloured end faces the stem?
