What is the world coming to? Big corporations not caring about their products.

I have 3 years with my pipes now, and I like to use matches, today I was presented with this match that got through the quality control process. I mean really……no dipped tip and it has a split in it that could have seriously injured me.

I tell you guys….Swedish Match Industries AB will be getting a strongly worded letter from me, and I will be threatening them with the loss of my business should this happen again.
