Well even if the pipe fell apart and the Erinmore bit, the Guinness would set everything right again. 
FWIW, the best Guinness I ever had was -- not so surprisingly -- at the Guinness brewery in Dublin. There were floral notes and sweetness that I've never encountered anywhere else. Second best was anywhere else in Dublin. After that, it pretty much tastes the same everywhere else. But if you ever have the chance to have a Guinness at the brewery, don't pass it by. (And their bar has an amazing view of Dublin. Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to enjoy a pipe at the same time.)

Falcons are good pipes. I have a straight and full bent one. The straight is a great smoker. I haven't gotten the full bent yet(it's on the mail), but I'm sure it will be great as well.
