If you like D&R blends, stock up. Marks business is one that will be entirely bankrupt by the new FDA regulation.. Unless one of these lawsuits can change the 2007 deadline :(

I have a big mixing jar of stuff I don't care for.

Its been "melding" for almost two years now.

It keeps getting "better". One day prices with be so high that it may become my go to blend.
Plus its really nice to have around when my BIL visits...

I have 12 quart jars of Silver that I hydrated with Honey Bourbon aging in my cellar. Have not smoked any as yet. Has never moulded. I did it just to see if it would work. I put it up in jars so it would be obvious if it went bad. Well over a year ago and maybe 2 looks really good.

Three Sails in particular is designed to do double duty, and I like it in a pipe.
Three Sails was in theory based on a hand-rolling tobacco, sort of like Drum Golden Mellow without the dark fired.

Pretty much anything you smoke that is too dry is going to disappoint you. All the manufacturer does is rehydrate the tobacco before selling it and blending it. I've read Daughters and Ryan uses top notch tobacco and real St. James perique
