Trying to Identity the year of this tin. No bar code, some wear but cleaned up nice. Does anyone have any ideas???

1940's. Maybe into the 1950's. A couple of years ago I had a consignor who sent me a few of those identical Velvet tins and I am only going by what he told me. He did run a tobacco shop in Arizona for 47-years before retiring and I think he is probably a solid source.
