Dan/DTM Distributor in the USA?

I have a friend that works at a B&M and one of the ingredients of their house blends is Devil's Holiday, which they've been unable to get their hands on for a while now.

I know that long ago CAO was the distributor but I'm unable to find who the current distributor is. The B&M were also told that Mac Baren might now either own or distribute Dan/DTM, which I immediately set about to research but have been unable to do so.

Any information would be appreciated.

Well, whoever is the distributor should do a better job. DTM has hundreds of good blends and a relatively few of them ever gets sold in the US.
