The knives and the boxcutters are not what makes me worried. It is the bra filled with C4 that does. I have meet a few TSA guys with a brain, very few. You are also right they will try other thing and the Gov will overreact, and as a population we will piss and moan cause our precious minutes are being taken up. So for the terrorists home and abroad it is a win win. They test our poor security, and watch us whine and cry like a bunch of babies. I do not agree with the government and they way it is, I am far from a fan of the current Prez, but I am more worried about taxes than getting my junk touched by some drooling moron that doesn't want to do it anymore than you want it done. Everybody has a job to do and they are doing theirs if you or them like it or not. So this holiday season please remember how you would want to be treated at your job and give them the same.
