Custom "Made-to-Order" Meerschaum Inserts

I know there are a ton of pipe makers out there on the interwebs who are friendly and accessible for customs orders but I'm specifically wondering about getting either a morta or briar pipe with a meerschaum insert, or (if possible) a mini-calabash set up with a meerschaum topper.

My immediate thought was to try Altinok/Denovic obviously but just wanted see if anyone on the Forum have any previous experience and/or any recommendations.

Saw that one pop up on their website a few days ago, can't say I'm not drooling over it but the "normal" mahogany calabash from Altinok is exceptional in its own right.

But really I'm looking for a more convenient billiard/canadian/bulldog shape with a meerschaum bowl.
