They’re all from the same rod stock, since it’s swirl it varies a little from stem to stem. The 20B was cut with the swirl facing out as opposed to on a diagonal or facing up. That’s why it looks a little different.

I’ll agree that @RustiePyles CPG is the man for making Plip stems.
Depending on the era and model of Pete stem being replaced, one may end up with a better Peterson tapered airway than what came from Peterson’s factory
