I introduced him to Miskatonic a couple weeks ago and today we managed to grab some time and I introduced him to MacBaren HH Matured Virginia. I had my Wiltshire and we enjoyed a good bowl and talked tobacco. He's a cig smoker too, so I think he enjoyed the full VA kick. Maybe next time, I'll bring him to the Dark side with some Black House or Magnum Opus. I did happen to acquire some more Penzance recently. That would be a good way to get him into Lats and Flake cut, too. Hmm.

One thing I can say with certainty regarding that: a pipe is nothing like a nail.

Yeah, leaving nails for the pipe will be something he'll have to decide to undertake. He's a back-to back cig smoker, too, so if he does, it won't be easy. I couldn't quit nails without medication, because I was the same way. There's another pipe smoker there at work, but apparently he's just as secretive as I usually am. We never can catch him and get him to join us.
