I still have a boatload of 2020... and more tobacco than I'll ever be able to smoke anyways. Plus all the other special releases I bought this year. They just go straight to the cellar. I rarely smoke these blends until they've had at least a year or 5 of cellar time.
20 year old Virginias paired with 20 year old Perique doesn't need cellaring. It might meld a little, but aging is done. Time to smoke it up before it starts to go strange.

I had some in the basket to buy but I decided no. I am to new to this game to know what I like and I just ordered some new blends to try. I do like the Crumble Cake Va Perique though.

I'm curious if you or anyone else here have any insight on how they age these Virginia's at the factory. I always pictured they were just bundles of dry leaf stored in a container sitting somewhere in a dark corner until they rehydrate it and use it in a blend. Am I close on this assumption or am I way off? If that is how they do it, would the leaf still age in the terms that we often use it on the forums? I imagine, it would still mellow out but not as rapidly when it's moist, pressed and sealed in a tin. Again, I could be way off base here. I'm a lover of tobacco but I know close to nothing about it. Thoughts?

Got too caught up in playing with my daughter last night and totally spaced grabbing my usual couple tins at 8 PM! Barely snuck in an order this morning at Watch City. ?
I'd say you'd have no regrets if they did run out. Nothing compares with quality time with your daughter. I'd trade my entire cellar to spend more quality time with my daughter any day of the week. Now, when she's a teenager... I might be singing a different tune!

Weird, I would never have guessed that you could get it there! I thought I missed out last year (definitely did in 2019) but found some several days later at KBV (if memory serves).
They recently started carrying a wider variety of tobacco. Lord Morgan is also still available on their site. The prices are a little higher than the big boys like TP and SP. They have SPC too.
