A lady at the office walked in and gave me this meerschaum that belonged to her deceased husband. Never heard of CPF so I don't know anything about.

Consolidated Pipe Factory, they went out of business around 1915 or so. I have a C.P.F. Churchwarden in briar and she is a great smoker, enjoy!
I have also seen it referred to as Colossal Pipe Factory. I believe they were in New York. Nice to have, lucky you.
Your both wrong, it's Colossus Pipe Factory, it ceased to exist somewhere between 1910 or 1920, however the pipe can be significantly older than that, congratulations on your find! According to Lopes's book Pipes-Artisans and Trademarks-2005, it is indeed Consolidated Pipe Factory!
