Couple of Big Ben´s with broken stems

Ok, here´s the deal, my uncle, an former avid pipe smoker (almost 100 pipes in his collection, (almost all of them are Dunhill´s, Sav´s and Big Ben´s), gave me a couple of Big Ben´s with the broken stem.
Of course I want to restore them but I don´t actually know where can I send them to a complete restore, including the stem.
I would like both of them to have one of those color acrylic stems, like:

Can some of you guys point me in the right direction?
I´ll post pics of the Big Ben´s tonight when I get home.

I really like the acrylic stems with swirls. I have a Forever stem on a cob in orange that really sets it off. Many/most of my pipes have the usual black stems, with a few more colorful. I like a little life on the pipe rack.
