My tins never lasted more than a day or two.

The tins I have were already 4 years old and bulging when I got them. However, this thread has inspired me to buy some fresh tins to compare.

In this same vein, I can’t recommend highly enough the Captain Bob’s Blend by C&D, which also features a grape kool-aid topping that somehow doesn’t entirely mask the very excellent tobacco blend underneath. The topping is nearly entirely for the benefit of the room note, while the smoker himself enjoys a nice English blend. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

Of the 3 all are great but unique and distinct all to themselves.

If only trying one VOC would be my recommendation of the three due to flavor, complexity, tin and room note.

Correct, it wouldn't be like that. Captain Bob's is genuinely lovely.

That's the smokingpipes ad.. it's on my list. Seems more Christmases than Thanksgiving day and cheaper too

Never heard of this blend, so I added it to my list of bulks to try. Looking for cheaper Aros I can get en-mass that are quality but not gonna hammer my wallet like CS.

Topped with something.. I found it be off putting, and thats coming from a palate that has liked just about everything in my short time in the hobby. I even waited a 6 months and I just couldn't like it enough to justify keeping it and ordering more.
