An update to this blend aged over three years.
Folks, save your money.
Perfectly good, green money is a terrible thing to waste.
I cannot distinguish any difference in this from Capstan.
Nor from Buoy Gold aged six months.
Aged Old Belt Virginia, is aged Old Belt Virginia. It grows mellower and sweeter with time.
And the ribbon cut of Buoy Gold makes it a far better dual purpose cigarette and pipe tobacco choice. The more you can stuff in a tube or roll in a smoke or load in a pipe, the slower and cooler it burns.
Take your pick:
In fairness, Buoy Gold may have a smidgen of burley. But it’s not much, likely just enough to about match American Spirit, which I think it does.
A little burley cuts back on bite.
