Wow...that is one hell of carving job on that I must agree. On a related note, Guillermo del Toro had a film deal to make At The Mountains of Madness, but it fell through thanks to the corporate studio heads.

zanthal What are your worries as far as the meers go? I think as long as you don't drop it on concrete you will be fine. I have smoked out of mine 5 to 6 times a day when I go out of town and only take it with me. I did have some problems with cheaper ones I bought; got hairline cracks in them within the first 3 days, but my shop refunded my money no problem. I think as long as you deal with someone reputable you won't have a problem.

I have a few, they are fragile, if you drop them they will break. If you sit on them they will break, if you are responsible and treat them nice they will last forever. Treat them like a pair of good sungllasses
