If anyone else sees this in time to bid go right ahead, I'm going to pull the trigger at $30 and stop there. Kind of interesting old piece of tobacciana.

From a really quick check it's patented by Baron in 1909 I think it was, and used a cartridge of tobacco to load a pipe.

Must have been a "dandy's" tool I'd guess. 8)
